Leicester are retarded, he deserved to see out the season. The team isn't great, they are still on their feet in the CL.

emotions aside, did the club really have much of a choice? the money involved and in fairness to the board they gave him a lot more time than what most clubs would give. They may have taken a leaf out of swansea and Hull's book having changed their managers recently and getting positive results and I'm not saying this works every time but it was hard to see ranieri really keeping the side up and if it's true he lost the dressing room then all the more reason he had to go

Leicester made too many mistakes in wanting to give last year's team a shot in the CL. They should have changed their backline instead of buying some okayish forwards, none of whom have fired this season. Now they are too close to relegation. And the bigger problem was that Ranieri was not acknowledging all the problems they have right now. He sounds increasingly delusional after every defeat, brushing it off like there's nothing wrong and everything would be fine soon. Ideally for me, Leicester should have sacked Ranieri in December but I guess they wanted to give Ranieri a shot at the CL, which is why he stayed on till the 1st leg.

The only real competition was Tottenham. It was like all the stars have lined up for a half decent team to take the lead and make a run for it. I wouldn't call a coach taking advantage of such a situation a genius. A competent coach? Sure.
And now that it's business as usual with the top teams, we saw what Ranieri is really capable of.
And that last part of your comment is exactly my beef with Ranieri. He's a pvssy when it comes to man-management. He's shown it all through his career. And that alone, makes him a mediocre coach.

Yeah and he was a successful as well as a popular man there. He also did a great job at Monaco but they didnt renew.He should stay out of England and Italy.

His 65, so may see this as the end of his career but if it is then what a sad way to go. It would be a similar ending to Van Gaal, these EPL clubs are vile.
