If there was a guy to be promoted to have some half decent serious shot at the professionals it would be this kid.

But it's not happening anytime soon. Italians are addicted to loaning out youngsters before playing them. This causes a lot of talent waisting. IMO settling and playing in Serie B or C for a shitty team is much more difficult than training with the top squad everyday and just be ready for an opportunity. It's much more difficult to any player, even more so to youngsters.
