here we go guys.

remember when the throaters told everyone not to panic and wait till last days of mercato

remember when they attacked anyone who said august is panic buy time becaue of failure to get main targets?

notice the throaters will spin this as it's just a loan

Remember when people were suggesting Varane and others said he was too injured to get? Now we end up with someone just as injured as him lol

If he manages to stay fit he could be a decent backup to have due to his versatility but the risks of his injuries relapsing makes this move highly questionable even if it is just a loan initially, especially as we do not even know in what kind of form he is or how long it would take him to get back into pace, nevermind we wasted a whole summer chasing a top ball playing LCB to partner Bremer and this is what we come up with in the end, someone that is likely to miss more games than Lion is about to.

thats because dirty people suggested varane

if guintoli suggested varane then the throaters would have justified competing with como for him

This is completely false hyperbole and you know it. It's fine to say don't get him because it's risky gamble.

But he has been 4 or so seasons in Italy, and it's only last season he has been injured for long period. Prior to that as list shows he missed 1-2 games only prior to that.

Varane has a full decade of being injured consistently every season. No one ever compares to Varane in injury prone history.

No one seriously suggested Varane either, anyone that did was trolling, including you.

I tought we were looking for a starter...
Didn’t we all… but maybe(mostly wishful thinking from my side) we shifted focus and this means we’ll assign a bigger chunk of the budget towards bringing in two quality wingers instead.

Kalalu is a good get for 20M. He’s proven in the league, can play next to Bremer, gives them more proven insurance behind Danilo, and fits the system. Was a starter when Milan won their scudetto. He’s really only had one season of injuries, so I wouldn’t label him injury prone. More just something to consider.

Are you basing your judgment on one season or many?
Seriously? Guy had 3 separate major/long term injuries last season alone, the rest is irrelevant at this point because we are getting him fresh off this specific injuries and it’s naive to think that he will suddenly come in great shape playing like his pre injury self right away.
