If the brand is not important to you then go for Olympus Tough TG-6. It's quite cheap and this is the best camera than any other based on your budget. but there is something about the brand that keeps bringing me back. Ultimately, I’ve always got a Sony product in the collection. I'd like to purchase Sony Alpha 6000 even it's a mid range camera and expensive option to me but still would like to own the one. Due to the complex conditions of the international currency in my country and the currency fluctuations because of sanctions, buying famous brands with my current income is a little out of the mind. maybe with a bit more disposable income i able to purchase one.
Not a wildlife photographer at all lol, but recommendations still the same as for Nzoric.
There simple are no shite cameras around anymore. Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fuji, all pretty much personal preference at this point imo. You gonna do well with all of them.
Pair it with a 70-300 for starters to dip into wildlife. You may eventually want something even longer, but the 70-300's are good for starters and there normally lots on the (used) market as well. 50-200 ish are common as well but they are not long enough for wildlife imo.
Suggest watching some youtube reviews on entry level cameras and form your own opinion, then come back here

what dai said: pick a system first, then try to hunt down some 70-300 or similar with a body within the budget

i had a nikon body before the current fuji, and i remember having this lens: https://www.mpb.com/en-eu/product/nikon-af-s-nikkor-70-300mm-f-4-5-5-6-g-if-ed-vr pretty good too, but kinda soft at the 300 end, the tamron is sharper at 300. you can pick either though.
btw mpb isn't too bad as far as i know. every item is shot individually so you see the very lens/body that you'd buy, and you also get some warranty which is an obvious advantage over the regular used market with these often 10+ year old items. you can get better prices on ebay/gumtree/marketplace of course. most lenses are fairly reliable, cameras can have shutter or on-off switch issues, do a bit of investigation or buy with warranty to avoid bad apples

Might as well check some local camera store and have a look at the cameras yourself.
Imo how they feel in your hands is important as well, and of course that differs from person to person.
It's one of the reasons why I personally like Fuji so much. They handle nicely, you just wanna pick em up and shoot with them.

BUT we at a point where even used/older/low budget cameras can give you great results if you know what you are doing, that's true.
My favorite camera for example is my 10-ish year old Fuji XE1 I picked up on ebay for like €149,-

never thought about a similar question, i guess depends on the exposition room. huge rooms might look a bit silly with very small prints...
do you plan to stick with the groups of 3 pics used on insta? 1m could confort 3 pieces of 20x20 prints per rows without getting too busy...
