Burke... see the problem with burke, or at least to me anyway, is simple... He returns and behaves for a while then jus naturally slips into his old ways... He's then really easy to get to flip and he allways obliges... How many chances does he need to see the problem...

Personally whatever people may think, i think burke is a decent poster when he wants to be... but he allways reverts to type, and has he ever thought of apologising to those he insults and upsets when he returns... maybe if he did people wouldnt feel the need to make him flip again
Even though people should be able to control themselves, Burke doesn't slip into his "old ways" until someone has provoked him. Believe it or not Burke actually signed up here to talk about football, as he does hold Juventus as his second favorite behind Bayern. Now as I was saying, if people would just stay away from getting involved in worthless arguments I believe everything would be fine. You have seen what Burke is capable of, and if he controls himself he can be a good poster like you said.

See the thing is andy... others shouldnt have to change the way they post to suit burke... He has to slot into the forum as do any new members... Its not for those that are allready here and part of the community and have an established way of posting to change...

But as i said if he actually apologised, it wouldnt be an issue anyway..

Having said that i do think he can be a good poster

Even though I agree, and I don't like blaming other people for this, however before Claire and Jaecole signed up Burke was not provoked by anyone, and his posts were pretty much on topic. I don't know why people would sign up on forum just to antagonize people, however that is all I have seen Claire do to some members. I have not seen Burke purposely try to provoke as many members as possible here, and like I said there is no smoke without fire. So in response to your final statement posters who already have a provocative attitude here on the forum should change if it causes problems, or face the ban. Claire has had that problem obviously.

Claire back? Are you kidding me? She is the biggest disgrace this forum has ever seen!

I want to know WHY we should have her back. So that she can offend and piss off more people?

This is ridiculous.

How about creating a "No holds barred" section or a "Fecal corner" where Claire would have the liberty to abuse anyone as much as she wants? She could quote posts from other sections and comment on them there while having to stick to a certain standard outside of it.

But yeah if Bürke is allowed back, maybe so should Britain's favourite problem child.
Analagous to a kid playing in a pile of its own shit? It sounds appealing at first because its funny to look at a kid playing with turds, and its easy- no mess to clean!

I dunno where your from, but over here thats bad parenting. And when you take the kid to parties and barbecue cookouts, people tend to stare and pinch their nose.

Is that what you want? To deprive people of the pleasure of inhalation? You slimy bastard!

:D

On another note, Claire seemed to have made some enemies. Would anyone be reinstated unless they were genuinely sorry for what they did?

Apparently some members enjoy seeing her provoking other members.

Dont agree but yes some people made it worse

I don't know why people would sign up on forum just to antagonize people
Who knows ?

Personally i disagree , burke has insulted me on numerous occassions without encouragement

So in response to your final statement posters who already have a provocative attitude here on the forum should change if it causes problems, or face the ban.
depends on the subject... if a poster has been here posting in a certain manor for several years without any real problem... why should they change because a new poster doesnt like it... they shouldnt, its down to the new to find their place not the other way round

Burke was already at it before I joined. Claire didn't even provoke Burke that much, this is a completely unfair statement. Go back and read it. Claire did not provoke Burke first, she didn't make an agenda against Burke. She (quite rightfully) responded to abuse from him. She remained cool while played with his mind and had him breakdown, just like you.

Don't blame Claire for Burke. That's not fair. She should commended for how she handled that. And don't bother putting me in that either, I was just a fellow poster like you were.

That all said. She dosen't even want to be unbanned so this thread although a nice jesture, is a waste of time.

I don't understand the thing behind one not wanting to be unbanned, they either stop visiting the forums or not wether they are banned or not.

I think it depends on the manners of the member. If a poster continues to provoke other members, they should be told to calm down and change their demeanor or face action from the management. I know John concurs with me here.

God this forum should be given a parental guidance rating. She wasn't hardly provoking people ffs, couple of off while completely true statements. They weren't offensive or insulting or rule breaking. Take your balls out of your hangbag andrew.

Its interesting that everytime she is banned someone (you , emma or herself in the support forum etc ) pops up and says she doesnt want unbanning anyway... Yet she allways comes back... Yeah she really hates the place and doesnt want to be here

Maybe his bashing the Bible had a subliminal message on the mistreatment of Claire and Emma, otherwise you hit the bullseye.

Actually that's the first time I've said that. And that's not even what I said. I didn't create this thread and I never asked for her to be unbanned. I don't care. Chill out.
