Dear Juve Fans,

I'm a Juventus supporter from Hungary, and I'm collecting signatures for Pessotto. I hope, a great number of supporters will sign, and some day this action reaches Pesso, too. I'd like to express our support and love in this (naive?) way...
Please join me, and help Gianluca on:

DOCTORS REMAIN HOPEFUL FOR PESSOTTO

Doctors treating former Juventus defender Gianluca Pessotto have noted a slight deterioration in his health, although they insist there is no cause for concern.
Pessotto, who suffered multiple fractures when he fell from the second floor of the club's headquarters last week, underwent surgery to ease a blood clot in his foot on Friday.
But doctors are confident the latest developments are a normal reaction to the surgery that has been carried out.
The latest medical update from Le Molinette hospital in Turin states: "(He has) a slight temperature and his liver is feeling the after-effects of the trauma, of the sizeable haemorrhage, and the reabsorption of the hematoma, as well as the artificial nutrition and the medicines.
"These problems are part of the normal healing process of such a big trauma and thus are not, right now, a cause of particular concern."
Pessotto continues to be able to open his eyes and display some reactions, although doctors admit it could be up to a month before they can be sure he will survive.
Former Juve coach Fabio Capello, who resigned earlier on Tuesday, was due to make a visit to his bedside on Tuesday afternoon.

Ex-Juventus defender Pessotto may see World Cup final in hospital

Italian doctors may allow hospitalized ex-Juventus defender Gianluca Pessotto to watch Italy on TV in the World Cup final on Sunday, local media reported Wednesday.
"We cannot say for certain whether Pessotto will be able to watch the World Cup final. A decision will probably be made on Friday," the head of Molinette Hospital's intensive care unit, Dr Pier Paolo Donadio said.
"The main problem is that he cannot remain awake for long periods of time nor in a position which will allow him to watch TV," added the doctor.
Pessotto was rushed to Turin's Molinette hospital June 27 after he leapt off the roof of Juventus headquarters in an apparent suicide attempt.
The 36-year-old former Juve and Italy defender suffered multiple fractures and internal damage when he bounced off a car at an estimated 60mph.
Doctors say it will take a month or more to know for sure whether he will survive and how much permanent damage he suffered.
He has undergone surgery three times, first to set some bones and stop internal bleeding, and later to try and remove a blood clot which was endangering his life.
Former Juve teammate Antonio Conte visited Pessotto Wednesday morning and told him how Italy defeated Germany and had reached the final.
A model professional who gave his all on the pitch, Pessotto was held up as an example for youngsters. He collected 22 Italy caps, playing in the 1998 World Cup and Euro 2000.
The defender still had one year to go on his contract when he accepted an offer to become Juve's sports director last month. At the time, he said: "I'm happy about this. It will keep me in touch with the team and help me get used to not playing".
Sources close to the family have admitted that he was in therapy for depression.

i hope he can watch the final.. so he can see the italian team beat france:) he will give italia luck
Unfortunately, it ain't going to happen. The guy has his organs mixed up like frittata after that kind of fall. Apparently he can't sit up to see a TV screen. And even if he could, he cannot stay conscious for 90 minutes. This one will hopefully be relived by him through stories told by players and videos watched when he's healthy (and here's to seriously hoping he gets there).
