For Xbox left shoulder button and the right analogue stick does feints from a standing position, like when you are on the wing. If you want to do normal dribbling moves when moving then right trigger and the left analogue stick, but they are nor al changes of direction rather than skills.

As for the game being easy, the demo is not on the high difficulty setting.
