Then I would like to hear what you think of Nani??
Nani he started off really good, he's a pretty good player needs more experience if he's going to be a Portugal NT regular, after the rumours of Manchester, Barcelona, and Inter, he got overconfident he isn't that great at the moment.

Other than that he's a good youngster nothing like C. Ronaldo but he's a good winger in a few years he'll be as good as Simao.

Why do you ask? :p

Well after learning we lost out on C. Ronaldo because Salas refused to go the other way. I just wanted to know if we might make up for that by signing Nani, but I guess not :eyebrows:

Haha, well Nani is a good player but not good enough to play first team Ronaldo was unique, he was already a great player at the age of 16, Nani has a lot of work to do to compete in a big team, consistently, in the first 11.

Inter prepare Porto raid Tuesday 27 March, 2007

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Inter are in the running to sign Porto players Pepe and Ricardo Quaresma for less than £11m during the summer.

The Nerazzurri have been recently linked with the pair, who were initially valued at around £17m each by the Portuguese giants.

However, according to the Gazzetta dello Sport, a recent verdict in Portugal might see their asking prices slashed, as the players could be free to buy themselves out of their contracts with a fee based on their current salary.

Pepe – whose full name is Kleper Laveran Lima Ferreira – could therefore leave for just £3.5m, while Quaresma may move to a new outfit for £7m.

Defender Pepe is also a reported target for Juventus, while Quaresma would replace Inter’s departing Luis Figo, as the winger will leave the club in June after agreeing to an Arabian switch.

Nevertheless, the Serie A leaders will have to face fierce competition in the race to sign the duo given that clubs such as Atletico Madrid, Chelsea and Real Madrid are also keen.

I'm not familiar with these rules, and they are actualy saying that IF the player want's to leave he could buy out his contract.
So my quetion is does the will of the player is the key factor to using the clause?

Porto’s Brazilian defender Pepe has admitted that he is flattered by the interest being shown in him by Juventus.
The 24-year-old, whose full name is Kleper Laveran Lima Ferreira, has offered impressive performances with the Dragons this season, catching the eye of scouts from several top sides.
“It is logical that I would like to play in a more prestigious championship,” said Pepe, who is equally at home playing as a central defender or as a right-back.
“I am glad to know that other outfits are interested in my services, that must mean that I am doing well,” added the ex-Corinthians stopper.
“I am very serene and only God knows what my future will be. First of all, I want to give my all for Porto, then I might join an important club like Juventus, Barcelona or Real Madrid.
“In any case, I would be willing to stay here for another season as well,” concluded Pepe.
The defender, who joined Porto in 2004 as a replacement for Ricardo Carvalho, is contracted to the club until 2009 and is valued at a massive £14m by the Portuguese giants.
