'Nedved will not coach Juventus'


Pavel Nedved will not become a caretaker manager at Juventus if Gigi Del Neri is fired, according to his agent Mino Raiola.

There have been suggestions that Nedved was sounded out to see if he would take over the reins after Saturday's defeat to Bologna.

“Pavel does not want to become a Coach,” Raiola told Sky Italia.

“This is not his ambition.

“Moreover, Pavel is on Juventus' board of directors.”

Nedved hung up his boots in 2009 and was recently given a job upstairs by his friend Andrea Agnelli.
