Pavel Nedved has said he is ready to return to
Juventus - albeit in a director's role -just a year after relinquishing his playing role at the Olimpico.
Nedved is annoyed at the way Juventus crumbled last season, and he is ready to help revive the embers of Scudetto hopes by lending his hands, not his feet to the club.
"I would like to help Juventus. If the president [Andrea Agnelli] wants to speak with me about this then I am available," the former midfielder told
Il Giornale.
"We have to see what Juventus want from me. It would be an honour to represent the club on an international level."
Nedved was sorry to witness the fall out between tifosi and players, but he feels the new leadership will reconcile their relationship with fans and success.
"I was really angry seeing my former team-mates suffer last season. They suffered offences, insults and abuse from the fans," he added.
"Maybe the fans didn't feel the command from the club. Competence was absent and maybe they thought it would be better to bring in other people."
