At this stage I’d be happy if he goes for free. We are clearly at a rebuilding stage and the new crop of players we want to bring through don’t have much to learn from this guy who wears the armband when he’s fit and would be the highest paid player if he stayed.

I’ll never understand @Bianconero81’s obsession with this guy. He had the potential to be one of the best of his generation but that’s just it. The potential.

He’s not a Baggio, he’s not a Romário, not a Batistuta, not even a Crespo. Why the fanboysm when he isn’t that great?!
Because everyone else shits on him (and it's warranted most of the time). It's tiresome. The guy is away on international duty, but here we are, talking trash and belittling him, even when he isn't playing.

I am well aware that he has failed to realize his potential, live up to expectations, but let's look around and see which other footballers, in this current generation, are a Romario, Baggio, Batistuta or Crespo? We have Haaland and Mbappe (even the ugly fucker has hissy fits) who could be up there for years, and that's pretty much it.

Other strikers? Maybe Salah. Perhaps Mane. De Bruyne definitely. Then you have the Coutinhos, Bales, Rodriguezes and the list goes on.

Every other player is good for 2-3 seasons max, and then they descend into obscurity.

Great idea. Then we're left with Kean, Kaio Jorge and Morata. That attack isn't even Europa League level.

Stop being so defensive about this pussyfag. He’s got all the talent but doesn’t have any of the mental strength required to be a top player. And he needs to sort that out. It doesn’t make sense you get so butthurt over every little criticism.
Am I really being defensive? I was just highlighting that the information might be inaccurate, perhaps non-factual. You need to take those anal beads out of your bunghole Bro. I still love you though :p

Anyway, I do agree he has been incredibly underwhelming, but letting him walk for free when we have major issues to address is not savvy business practice. We can all agree that the fucking cunt Tootsie is to blame for giving players insane contracts and causing this mess we are in.

Absolutely ridiculous how long it is taking to renew...everytime they meet it is something different. He wants the same as MDL...fact is MDL is overpaid right now...once again we suffer from offering high salaries when they shouldn't be given.

I dont want dybala to leave for free but it is highly likely he will. I wouldn't budge with him...time to start setting boundaries with salaries and make players realise we are not fucking charity.

Drawer the line in the sand and fucking set a standard.

He is still here ... ?

Spoiled baby looking for more toys that he don't deserve to have them ...

The blame on Allegri here ...the management made their mind to kick him out only for him to make a u turn ...

the wages we save from letting him leave + ronaldo we can afford harry kane who is exactly what need
Fuck Harry Kane. The Boring Brit can't even speak proper English and usually gets injured when the going gets tough. He's probably going to miss fish and chips and mushy peas while he's here - don't want the sad sod here.

its more than 100m probably:
Dybala is on 7.5m net so its around 15m what club pays him.
Berna is on 4 net - so its 8 before taxes.
de sciglio is on 3m - 6m before taxes
Rugani is on 3.5m so another 7m saved
Pjaca is on 1.5m, 3m saved.
Sarri is already of the books, we paid him compensation, but Pirlo wages are still here.
Anyway i hope we are able to extend Dybala for that 8m max.

Yes because we are really going to sell Ronaldo, release Dybala the following season and then not buy anyone to fill the void up front.
We need reinforcements everywhere, especially in midfield, and probably defense. Let's deal with another headache by trying to find someone to lead the attack.

Just out of curiosity, who do you have in mind?

Dybala will never be able lead the attack anyway so that is a void that has to filled regardless. The 3 players you mentioned are only likely to be back up or rotation options for a big side.

9 months before the summer Mercato is plenty of time for someone to showcase their talent, so I have no one specific in mind as I’m confident opportunities will present if we search well from now.

Just needs to be a centre forward who can lead the line that we do not need to change formations to accommodate. Luxury number 10’s have less of a role to play in the modern game than they ever have over my lifetime. To accommodate one now, they need to be able to influence the majority of games they play in.

yes, if we have proper RWF (now we have chiesa), CF, LWF, LB, RB and a CAM. Then we are set playing without no. 10. Play 433 then.
