If we wanted to support the club that wins the most might as well look up the number of titles and all become Real fans from the get go.

If the players wearing the colors of a team I love are players I dislike or can't identify with anymore, then I won't have the same love or same passion. It's not uncommon. You become disillusioned, disenchanted, disengaged.
I am not going to abandon the team, but if there are too many cunts and unlikable players, then taking a break is an option.
