Chiesa is decent, and I don't actually like him, but not for the figures touted. Perhaps for 30-40 million he could be worth a punt, but avoid at all costs for 60 million. As for Zaniolo, I'm all in. I think a front 3 of Kulu, Dybala and Zaniolo is the way to go post Ronaldo.

Stats aren't everything my friend. If you score 2 hat-tricks, and then a brace, but disappear in the remaining 30 or so games, that doesn't make you a great player. Kulu has been consistent in terms of performances, and he'd have probably had more assists had his teammates not been horrendous at converting all those chances. Gervinho alone is a master at spurning easy opportunities.

Its not just Stats he is very good young winger that works hard and is great with both feet. What and chiesa has Prime R9 playing upfront for Fiorentina does he ? clearly they both play for not great teams with poor strikers none of Fiorentina actual strikers even reached 10 goals this year. Kulu is a better player but chiesa is not some terrible scrub i think he would be a good addition to the team here for the right place and give the team some much needed depth with wingers.

He's a decent player - I never said otherwise. I'd rather Zaniolo next year, however. I don't think we can get both, as one will end up being a very expensive bench option.

I think we can get Zaniolo for 60+ next season. Roma will, again, have no European football, or at best be competing in the Europa League. I just hope Zaniolo doesn't shine too brightly @ The Euros. I hope Italy do well, but the spotlight shines on someone else.

Yeah that sounds about right. Honestly didnt knew too much about Kulu, only chiesa. I'd probably pick the one with more grinta aswel

Considering injuries and age, i wouldbt be against getting Zaniolo and selling Costa. And i really like Costa

As usual. I understand modern football is all about movement, interchangeable roles, and attackers being tasked with defensive duties, but the primary role of an attacker has to be to attack (duh) and score goals. It's like asking Michael Jordan, back in his heyday, to grab rebounds - that would've been a criminal waste of his talent and abilities.

I don't think anyone is suggesting selling Ronaldo. The "healthy" debate is centered around who would you sacrifice, if we had no choice but to do so due to financial concerns, between Ronaldo and Dybala?

Obviously, if we don't have to, that's great. Conversely, if one of them or both desire to leave (a calamity), there's nothing we can do about it.
