Ronaldo and Messi are different than any footballer. Very few players get even close to that.
But when you demand a salary and your offered almost half of that things don't look good.
Of course. However, you can't pay him 1/4 of what Ronaldo earns. Dybala deserves to be earning significantly more than the likes of Bonucci, Ramsey, and even De Ligt.

Just the right time to sell :fab3:
Hopefully that fucker will be gone before he does any more damage. In fact, if he had any sense of responsibility or accountability, he should have tended his resignation after our failed expedition against Lyon. He's equally as responsible, along with Blonde Bozo, for our disappointing season. After all, they decided to hire the chain smoking turd to coach us.

problem with this is that Juventus has put a kind of cap on salaries at 6 mil so i do not know if this hampers the negotiations
That 6 million is BS. No one is coming here for that kind of money.

Edit: No champions are coming here for that kind of money. Good luck trying to win Serie A, let alone the CL.

But 12 is a 60% wage increase. I love Paulo but I can't see us going higher than 9m. Our wage bill is starting to get outside of our means.
Well, that's not really his problem now, is it? The retards in power should've thought this through.

What exactly "retards in power" did wrong in this case?

Why do we need to renew right now? He has a current contract, can't we postpone the renewal to next summer when we're more stable financially? What's the rush?

Because next summer you have maybe a week or two to negotiate and if there's no agreement you have to sell him bc he'll leave for free in December next year.

Anticipate that something like this might happen. If you're willing to pay Ronaldo (yes, he's an exceptional talent and deserves what he's getting) over 30 million, you should anticipate that, arguably, your most important player will come and ask for a significant wage increase. I'm not saying give him 15 million, but I don't think he should be making less than someone like Bale or a fraction of Neymar's salary. Offering him 9 million though is insulting. If he wants 15, try to reach and compromise and settle @ 12.

again Ronaldo is a different beast. Why even bring him into the conversation? Neymar is a dick but a much better player than Dybala and every big team has a Bale (Khedira in our case)
Paulo is not worth a 15m salary imo.

Never said he should go through it again. No one at the club can control the media so they will have to simply deal with it. I'm saying he responded very well to it this season and there is no one controlling the media rumors except the media. Good luck controlling them lol

The point is that Juve can stop all of that nonsense and offer him a contract that is worth it.

I agree, if they have the money to do so. Maybe they are waiting until they clear the books with the pointless deadweight we have before they can do that and Dybala probably knows that so is fine waiting patiently for the right offer to come. I'm sure he is used the rumors now anyway.

I don't really think Neymar is a much better player. He is better, no doubt, but much better? His career has been somewhat disappointing, notwithstanding his Barca spell. Also, Neymar earns four times what Dybala currently receives. I don't think he deserves that. I do agree that 15 million is too much - that's why I said settle for 12.

I just find it amazing that he is the one young guy that we have had in the last 4 years that has outwardly professed how much he loves it here, wants to stay here, and wants to be the centerpiece of the project, and yet here we are.

I just think that there are certain people in this club that don't want him here, no matter what. And for the life of me, I can't figure out why.

I'm not saying pay him 15 million. But you can't pay him 8 million either. That's insulting.

Watch a Brazil Argentina match when both are playing. You'll notice the difference big time.

I've watched both Brazil and Argentina play. That's unfair. Neymar is the focal point of that team, and in Argentina everything goes through the tax evading garden gnome cunt. Brazil have something that somewhat resembles a team, whereas Argentina are a joke, a collection of disjointed individuals. Brazil are like Napoli under Sarri, whereas Argentina are Juventus under Sarri.
