Where did Dybala mostly play last season? I am pretty new to the team and sport, numbering, etc. I am used to the #9 role as that is the position that my son mostly plays.

Based on what little I know of the roster and numbering I would assume that up front this would make the most sense:

11-Ronaldo
9-Higuain
7-Costa
False 9 (still considered a #10?)-Dybala
Dybala is not really a false 9 IMO. You could say a false 9 is close to a 10, like how Totti played this position many years ago for Roma, yes.

But to me, Dybala doesn't fit this criteria. He would be a real 9 who plays on the last man. At least, this is how I think he will enjoy the most success. As far as the team success goes, that is debatable.

Sadly I don't think this is the end of the Dybala saga. He's got a long month ahead of him with the italian mercato still open, and knowing how Paratici has dealt with this situation, he's gonna push through with any deal that comes to him. If he is to be sold then it better be a good deal (i.e. Erikson)

Good boy Paulito. Don’t let this fucked up management ruin your career  Glad he put his foot down and refused to be sold to that shit, mediocre club.

We’re not out of the woods yet with him tho. Who knows what the two amateurs have in store for him next - have zero faith in these guys.

Glad this is over for now.
If they try to swap him with icardi our fans should riot.Based on icardi's situation his value should not be north of 40.
Also a swap with eriksen should come along with a hefty sum on totenham's behalf at least 20-30 million.
If he stays I'm hoping that this situation is going to motivate him to give his all and have a good season.

He can push all he wants, if Dybala doesn't agree to it, Fabio will have to move the already moved out furniture back to Paulo's flat.

With Kean leaving and Cancelo w ehave 50+m profit. There's more hope now thst he would stay.

Plus Mandzukic, Khedira and Matuidi are at the exit door.

Kean + Cancelo is 60m.

Mandzukic + Matuidi should fetch a little chunk of money as well. Khedira is all about wages and not paying any severance to him tbh.

Yeah, I think so tbh. IMO in the end Dybala and Higuain will stay, so they'll fight for the CF spot. Ronaldo will need rotation too so it's not that bad when it comes to playing time.
Due to Higuain's knowledge with Sarri's methods, he could start more at the beginning, which shouldn't be a problem for Dybala who just tomorrow comes back from vacation.

CR7 - Higuain/Dybala - DC/Berna

tbh it doesn't get any better than this. Neither Lukaku nor Icardi are improvements over what we have.

BTW. Kean is already gone and Mandzukic apparently very close to MU so I don't include those two at all.

Where did he spend most of his time last season positioning wise? Was Dybala a 9 when he had his best season(s) in Juve?

Dybala’s best seasons at Juve were as a second striker behind Higuain.
