In his defence he has barely played and when he has it has been effectively as a right mid. Suddenly playing as a false 9 and having played 90 mins for the first time in ages a few days ago didn't help either.

But his head seems completely gone, he looks like he is moping around the field. He isn't showing any drive whatsoever.
He has mentally checked out for a while, that's more puzzling then what he does or doesnt do on the pitch.

Would like to see him under a manager who is more creative and wants to play more exciting football. Would hate to lose Dybala because Allegri can't find a formula to make it work.

Reality...dybala is our best forward after ronaldo. Surely a manager can work out a role for him that makes him and team excel.

And that's only on Paulo???? Dybala was beasting everyone and Max got upset cuz Pipa was our target man and started to demand to Paulo to go down and create for Pipa

Max even said that scoring goal wans't as important for Paulo. Obviosuly Dybala is in a very bad shape right now but Max has everything to do with that. And again, if we are gonna keep Max which is a terrible idea IMO, we should sell Paulo, there's not way this is going to get better in the future

So Dybala is a striker, i agree.
When was the last time we had this type of player?

He doesn’t do well under pressure at the back. Looks different in attack when the risk of losing possession has a lower chance of conceding
He doesn't do well in general the last two years.

He is a good player, but where exactly he excells?

He is not strong, not really fast, cannot really beat his man , he is not creative and has a mediocre first touch.

He is a world class finisher with a sweet left foot so he needs to be utilised as a striker and Juventus have never used this type of strikers.

Allegri:

“Dybala had a problem with his quadriceps,” he said at a Press conference.

“Technically he didn’t have a great performance, but tactically he worked on De Jong, applying pressure."

Our coach plays a forward to use him in defensive tasks
Explains why a tired half injured Mandzukic is the most unbenchable player in Allegris mind. Fucking embarrassing

Well Ronaldo certainly wasn't going to help out in that respect and to his credit, we were way worse once Dybala was replaced by Kean.

So keep an underperforming player that you can fit into the lineup properly and mopes around the field for 2 more years?

What could go wrong lol
Exactly, so we need to make sure to utalize him properly and keep him fit, and satisfied.
If necessary get rid of Ronaldo before Dybi get's underperforming for too long (and the rest of the squad)
