People say he is not a big game player, but in most big games he is forced to play 10 meters from our own penalty area. He is not a player who is strong on the break.

If we are going to keep Allegri next year we might as well cash in and buy players who will fit his style of play.
Point exactly. If allegri stays he needs to go if not allegri goes and we find someone who will use him right

That's absolute BS and a serious downgrade. Berna is a good player, but if that's what you call a replacement, then we're truly $#@!ed.
Unfortunately that's what our policy would suggest, not what i'd want... and as i previously stated, it just woudn't surprise me anymore if that's the case.

How do you think we could get the best out of him (knowing that using him as a false 9 is not an option for Allegri)?
By prioritizing him over inferior players. 2 man attack or inverted wing one side, but more importantly a better passing mid that puts less pressure on him and doesn't force him to come down all the time and be force d to run with the ball from deep positions. Not only is he not a central midfielder but he doesn't have the speed and physicality to work and counter from such deep positions.

It's no coincidence he played way better with Pogba, an actual CM who could transport the ball up let and Dybala focus more on conserving his energy for just outside final 3rd. Now who is supposed to do that in this midfield? Khedira and zero technique Matuidi...

Because we play with wingers, a 2 man attack would mean 4-4-2, which we don't have the midfielders for imo.

I suppose the inverted winger is an option if we had an attacking fullback on the other side

Tbh, if someone comes in and offers 80 million for Pjanic, we should sell him. He's way too inconsistent, and we can't really deploy him in a 2 man midfield because he's too soft and needs protection. Also, we can't have a midfield duo where one player is more attack oriented; it's just not the Italian way. Now, if we can find a way to play 4-4-2 with a winger who helps out in midfield to compensate for that or we can somehow deploy 4-3-1-2 or 4-3-2-1 formation that utilizes both Pjanic and Dybala effectively, I'm all for it. They're our two key players, but they're both inconsistent for various reasons.

Meh. Pjanic is an asset we need to keep. What he needs is to have to hard working CM's next to him that won't bottle play because they lack technical ability.

SMS-Pjanic-Pogba....would be amazing to see.

Couldn't agree more, Allegri and Dybala are not a good match at all, i've no doubt he could hit 40 goals a season at another club

He plays what Messi is playing now at Barcelona, 60% midfielder 40% attacker because our midfiled is such shit just like Iniesta is so fucking old and Rakitic and company are shit

If i need to decidede between dybala and allegri, i pick allegri 10 o 190.

I prefer to risk it with another coach that can set this midfield properly and get the best of the 2 argentines, or at least one of them, preferably dybala because he is younger than higuain and i think he ca give something more with a proper attaxcking coach guiding him.

Chancge coach and bring like 3 good technical midfielders and then we will see how it goes.

Whats there to lose? i prefer to try into the unknown and fail than to stay in the problem we are right now.

It's not over! It's already dusted and cleared and Napoli is already the winners. They might as well win the coming two or three seasons with some competition from Roma and Inter

With A.Sandro probably leaving us in the summer - If Dybala follows (we all hope not but if he does..) who would you pick as his replacement/replacements?
