Yep, I much rather keep Dybala than keep Allegri, if it comes down to that. We have a talented crop of forwards and I want to see a progressive coach get the most out of them.

Of course this time he was playing even deeper because we were pressured in our own half but generally it's just sad to see him play as a midfielder. It's such a waste.

I just don't understand Max. I didn't see Higuain take down a single ball against Napoli so how is he more of a #9 than Dybala. And then you combine the fact that Dybala actually *needs* Higuain to take a ball down for him so he can play underneath, and it's even more nonsensical. If you want to play Dybala as a SS then play him with Mandzukic.

It all just screams politics to me. As in it's impossible to bench both Higuain/Dybala so you are stuck with a 4-4-2.

Seems so.

We need to be clear on one thing....it doesnt matter hwat combination we do....we will not bench our 90 mil striker.

thats one of the things that is limiting us. Not only dybala being lost-

I love Allegri and respect what he has achieved, but we can't keep weakening the squad every year. I also feel he's achieved the maximum he can here, and it's a time for a change, both for him and for us. We need fresh ideas and a new approach. It's also possible that some of the players lack motivation, and we've endured a lot of injuries during his tenure. A major issue is who will come in to replace him. So far, the names circulating have been less than flattering.
