If he has to be dropped so we can play a 4-3-3 then so be it.

We are 100 times better in that formation this year.

It would be something for Allegri to drop Dybala to play a 4-3-3 vs. Napoli but let us get slaughtered by Madrid in the first leg with our 4-4-2.

Yeh. I he cant play as 9, but forces our hand with he formation.. he needs to sit down. We have to figure out what we will do with him.

He also seems like spirited away since that madrid first leg game...

Yeah but does he need to drop so deep? Dont get me wrong he has won us a lot of points, but I think we play better without him. We just skip him as a station, while we gain in another area.

When Matuidi and Sturaro are in midfield, yes.

We do not play better without Dybala. That's objectively not true.

Here are statistics of Serie A this season:

Dybala starts:
22 games
19 wins
3 draws
0 losses
60 points (2.73 ppg)
56 goals scored (2.55 goal/game)

Dybala does not start:
11 games
8 wins
1 draw
2 losses
25 points (2.27 ppg)
22 goals scored (2.00 goal/game)

Its dificult for me this guy.

His Numbers are fantastic, but I Think his general game is much worse than previous seasons.

He is more of poacher now, than a creator. He isnt as good as i thought he would be. I know it Sounds stupid When looking at his stats - but i really expected more of him i general.

He should be the kind of player that would steal the show even without scoring, but right now his only contribution are goals.

I wont complain if he keeps scoring, just expected something more.

The issue with Dybala is that he’s not a game changer or a big game player. Seems to really struggle with responsibility on his shoulders. Although he has everything in his locker to take control of a game we very rarely see it, not sure if it’s a mental thing but he needs to work at this.

i dont buy it. dybala is not on par with the world's best. i would not be even sad if he would leave. he is slow and wasteful. and believe me i do watch juve, football a lot, also i do play football and undesrtand it. just saying he is frustrating to watch because unstability

These stats can be deceiving. When did we suffer those 2 losses without Dybala? At the beginning of the season, when we traditionally play very poor football?

this is Serie A only though, if we do the same with CL, the picture doesn't look as good, why did you exclude them? :p

Dybala starts:
8 games
4 wins
2 draws
2 losses
14 "points" (1.75 ppg)
9 goals scored (1.125 goals/game)

Dybala does not start:
2 games
1 win
1 draw
0 losses
4 "points" (2 ppg)
5 goals scored (2.5 goals/game)

not to mention that the games against Olympiacos and Sporting (3 wins and a draw, 10 points, 7 goals scored) bail him out, if we were to only look up the games against big opponents like Barca, Spurs, Real it'd look worse.

not to say that I disagree with Juve playing better with Dybala (when on form), he's our most important player imo, but you could say that you cherry picked the stats a bit :)

He's not Xavi or Iniesta to take 'control' of a game ffs

He's a freaking striker. You either play him as one or you move him on.

No need for the unnecessary exaggerations about his 'big game' record
