Let’s leave C Ronaldo and Messi aside, they’re two of the best not only of this generation but of all time.
I don’t mean Just Dybala, although he is a perfect example of how players in modern football are more about how they’re all full of humangous potential and get extremely hyped up than what they actually do in the pitch. Think 20, 30, 40 years ago the best players of their generation turned out to be in fact some of the best of all time.
Now think Dybala, Hazard, Pogba, Griezmann... they’re all good players, talented enough. But you and I both know they will never reach the levels of Cryuff, Zidane, Ronaldo. They don’t appear to have what it takes to join the greats. No one today, besides maaaaybe Neymar, does.

Talentwise I rate all four of them extremely highly.
But, and perhaps this goes for Hazard and Griezmann most of all, they don't seem to have that all consuming enthusiasm for football. I remember an interview with Hazard from a while back in which he says he'd like to be the best, but mainly he wants to enjoy himself. That's not the same kind of hunger Ronaldo has. With Griezmann it's pretty much the same. On the one hand you can see that the dude likes to play football, but I bet he likes to hang out with Lacazatte (strong bromance) just as much.
Mbappe is an exciting player, no doubt!
I honestly have no explanation for this. It’s like they don’t even try hard enough, like they’re lazy and think there’s nothing they can do to top Ronaldo/Messi.
Im not so sure about it being lack of enthusiasm for football. Think Romario and Ronaldinho, they couldn’t give two shits about training. They didn’t take football seriously at all and yet look what they were able to do in the pitch. Maybe it’s having that much money at such young ages and the pressure that comes with it, the way the media will constantly praise or devour them. Or Maybe the answer is just the simplest one, the talent isn’t as great.

Needs to play with fewer touches again. Looked so good at the beginning of the season when he had 1-2 touches and then passed/took a shot. Now he dwells too long and then the opposition comes with 2-3 players.
I also believe the refs need to step up their game. Don't know how many times his legs have been cut. Seems like he has to break a leg to get a free kick.

I hope is not just because of Bernardeschi not playing often enough to move forward at Dybala’s level 
Seriously now, i’d rather say Dybala’s issues are those behind him that offer him very little support... is also clear that the 4-2-3-1 does not work anymore so atm there is a lack of balance in the squad that sooner rather than later Allegri has to fix in order to have everyone playing on the same level at full strength.
