He hasn't been as stellar as he was last season, but he has still been very effective when called upon. Bear in mind the change in formation, and possibly in his duties and responsibilities such a formation change entails. People keep harping on about ManBro's work rate/work ethic, but let's not forget that Dybala is the link between midfield and attack, and without him this season we have looked disjointed and clueless in quite a few games.
