I don't think Dybala would be as effective if he couldn't cut in from the right.
well, one of the two has to play an the left i guess.

I really can't imagine that working without us conceding a shitload, and I especially can't imagine Max playing that formation.

I think the best we could hope for is that Berardi could be turned into a AM. However, I don't see him having the defensive ability or the intelligence to play that position to a high level

why? its basically a 4321. we already played this kind of formation.

dybala looks way more like an future AM than berardi imo.

Can we get threadbans comming for suggesting or discussing a sale of Dybala ?

Thanks
if they mean it sure. :D
Hey!

It will be a real headache to fit them in. Best I can come up with is Berardi right wing, Dybala false 9/withdrawn CF creating, and Morata starting from left wing but essentially being a CF off the ball. Kinda like how Suarez played RW last season but he was essentially the focal spear point of the attack going inwards as CF. Or Cavani in PSG when Ibra drops back alot. But Blanc is alot more rigid with the freedom he gives his wing forwards so Cavani is kinda stuck there instead of being fluid.
4321/3421

Licht----Rugani---Chiello--A.Sandro
--------------Marchisio
--------Khedira-----Poba
-------Berardi------Dybala
--------------Morata

-------Rugani---Bonucci---Chiello
Licht-----Marchisio----Pogba------A.Sandro
----------Berardi-------Dybala
-----------------Morata
We would have to see if dybala would as good cutting in with his right...well obvs he would suck, so he would have to change his playstyle. For it to work it would have to be something like this:

------Rugani---Bonucci---Chiello----------

---------------Marchisio-----------------
Licht------------------------ Pogba----------
--------------------------------------A.Sandro
-----------------Dybala---------------------
Berardi--------------------------------------
-----------------Morata----------------------

Sandro would need to be at his very best and cover the wing helped by pogba, and attacking the space at morata´s left aided by pogba too. Those 2 would have to work tightly and cover each other backs.
Dybala playing as a Trequartista/freerole supporting berardi on one side and Pogba/Sandro on the other.

Or simply use 4312 with dybala a trequartista, morata/mandz as lone CF and Berardi doing his thing on the right.

I think you're forgetting how lazy Pogba is, and how immobile Khedira is nowadays. Not to mention that neither Berardi or Dybala work very hard defensive. Especially Dybala

No berardi is not even special. He will used if we play a 4-3-3 if anything

Works on paper i guess but i would much rather a trequartista over berardi

@Hustini all them pessimists.

Because I dont like his attitude and I just don't see anything special about him. Like I keep saying though I hope he can prove me wrong but he doesnt strike me as a player that would want to come here and work for a place.
a look at his numbers from the last seasons should be enough to convince you.
but he isn't fancy enough i guess.

How many of those goala were decisive? We are alrwady saw what he did, he would score a hattrick in one game and disappear in the next two or three
Name me one player putting up those kinds of numbers for as long as he has at the same young age anywhere in a top league in Europe.

The guy has a shitty attitude/decision making on the field as we know but that can be sorted. He is the top dog in a small club and coming here would be a massive reality check where suddenly he isn't the center of everyone's universe anymore.

If he can get Zaza to perform the way he did imagine what Mandzukic/Morata/Dybala will benefit from.

To be fair, Zaza's goals to minutes ratio here playing mostly with Morata has been very good. Perhaps better than at Sassuolo... :D
