Still amazed by this guy, never thought he would have this huge impact.
Love his very special and naturally skillful style, very few players effortessly play ball like him, also quite passionate and hungry player. Too bad we got the tough as fvck CL draw, hopefully he shines big, because he needs to introduce himself to Europe in the way he is conqueroring Italy with, half way into a real breakthrough in the big footie scene (this clip is sick, best of him so far):

Also, that moment at 4:50 against Lazio, when he gives it all to get to the ball first. :tuttosport:

I imagine gio fans were really dreaming that gio is this talented, but circumstances were bad for him.

Awesome player, I love his style, reminds me of the older generation football magicians.

Our biggest problem is that we dont have anyone who can replace him. He needs some rest as he is playing all the time right now. Lavezzi would be great addition to this squad if we are planning to sell Zaza. We have too many CF's and no SS's. Cuadrado as the SS doesnt cut it for me.

Replacing him a problem? Well that's not really a problem, that's just normal. Being able to replace you're star player and not notice it, only few teams in history had that. Not a lot of messis and neymars in the same team.

What really stands out about dybala IMO, is his coolness when playing and he is always unphazed by the pressure. Since that super coppa game, he gave good vibes.

I really like his work ethic and he seems always focused no matter whats going on on the field.

If he improves his right foot and his first touch, he will be like a mini Messi.

Well the problem is we dont have any alternative at all imo, I dont see us playing with two CFs.

The problem is not replacing him directly, as Raz said plenty of teams who can't replace their main quality attacker. But it's an issue we lack SS and AM in the squad completely, except for Pereyra for latter. What we need to do is sign a main attacking midfielder to help carry the load, and think more balanced and not only have pure strikers in attack choices besides him. Not necessarily same quality, but style and approach.

But can do without ss if we address the elephant in the room, that mainly this team needs attacking threat and creativity from midfield besides Pogba. Then you can play two strikers together and the limitations would be less alarming when you have bit limited type of non creative attackers.

That's what Marrota gets big bucks to figure out. Majority of top teams are overloaded with attacking midfielders or creative CMs, we have only 1 real one for the starters. That's why we more then any team badly need attackers like Dybala and Tevez, and dynamic ones like Morata to work with them, players who create for themselves.

What's more worrying for me is we compensated for the lack of that (besides having genius Pirlo) by being much more aggressive and completely dominating hard working type of midfielders. Specifically one in Vidal (but overall machines in the team like Licht, Asa, Marchisio etc), if you don't have the technique and creativity overload like others do, you dominate them physically and tactically besides being overall quality players ofcourse. But we have lost this edge without Tevez and Vidal and replacing them with a tidy but timid Khedira and a Sturaro who fights but is lacking in almost everything else.
