But according to fans he should play every single game every minute so he will get a muscle injury and miss the vital months of the season. No point slowly integrating him. If there was just a hired professional that can evaluate dybalas fitness level every day in training ...
I think there has to be some kind of balance between not starting him for multiple games in a row, and starting him every single game. We've looked quite appalling thus far without him on the pitch, aside from against ManCity with that Morata-Mandzukic-Cuadrado front 3. I'd actually like to see more of that formation when Dybala needs a rest.
However, I certainly think Allegri got it very wrong in not starting him against 1 of Gladbach and Inter. I think Allegri even understands this now. We needed his creativity. I don't think he should have started all 3 of our recent matches, but certainly 2 of them.
The lack of cover for him in terms of creativity in the centre of the park is one of the reasons I'd be interested in perhaps playing Cuadrado as an SS at times off Mandzukic or Morata, as he has the requisite skills and did play there occasionally for Fiorentina. It would also be interesting to see him play as a Treq, either behind Morata/Mandzukic-Dybala or behind Morata-Mandzukic. The amount of skill and creativity with both of them in attack would be pretty cool.
I have a feeling we shall see that 4-3-3 with from the start of the ManCity game often, as once Mandzukic is fully fit, he really is a beast there. I'd like to see that, and a 4-3-1-2/4-3-2-1 with Pereyra/Pogba/Cuadrado playing the CAM role behind Morata-Dybala.
Anyways. Lots of room for rotation, but seeing as Dybala is our top scorer, top chance creator (alongside Pereyra), best assist man, and most creative player, I'd like to see him starting minimum every other game if he's healthy and in-form. Especially against sides where creativity is required to unlock the defense.
