No matter how bad we are right now for 40mil this guy should be doing a whole lot more.
He's contributed directly in 50% of our goals so far with only starting half the games. He was never going to be the main guy but one to develop for future.

He should've been an understudy to a more ready SS, but he's been thrust in to a shit form Juve side and he's obviously not ready to shoulder that. Not his fault.

He does not look anywhere near 40m right now or if he ever will be. Yes the team is playing bad and his chances have been limited but he still hasnt shown enough. Im not expecting him to carry the team and i was pissed when he was subbed off but i am starting to have doubts. Maybe im just knee jerking, i hope i am.
You are bro,in dysfunctional teams attackers get isolated alot, and for someone who plays less then half the full games so far, 3 goals and assist is a good production all things considered. Responsible for half the goals in half the playing time suggest he isn't a problem right now.

That he is young and still developing, not used to the big club pressure or not clicking with attack partners because he plays with someone new everytime are all factors that makes it harder to impress". Worst of all is seemingly not having the trust of your coach before your career starts for real in your new club.

Instead of look at price tag or undoubtedly big shoes to fill, look at him as a player in pure qualities he offers compared to what we have, and he defenitely looks like someone who has most qualities a 2nd forward needs. We will see more of it and most likely depend a lot on it the more things hopefully click offensively further on.

I hope it doesn't take a new coach for that to happen tho.

wtf guys  chill the fuck out, you can see from a mile he's talented as hell.
As soon as play as a team he will shine.

to me, he's worth the 40m and I'm excited about his future here.

also he does remind me of Messi. Obviously nowhere near his level but the way they play, how he drops back, the use of his left foot, how easily he can dribble past players with his left foot.
I think he could easily play on the right and cut in in a 4-3-3 if we want Cuadrado to play.

Pogba - Marchisio - Asamoah
Dybala - Morata - Cuadrado

This team will kill it, I can feel it.

There's much more to worry about than him. I feel he is in the same position as Pogba et al, even the best players can struggle in a poor team.

I agree with this plus we lack a leader. Our transition play is so bad that all teams have to do is pack the mid & wait for the opportunity to arise. We need some experienced players back from injury asap.

Why did Allegri bench him in an easy match against Frosinone where he could have built confidence, but start him in the wolf's lair Napoli? Bizarre decision.

Did you see his reaction when he was subbed yesterday?

clearly he hasn't been pleased with being substituted yesterday
it was a huge mistake of allegris
Because we play to keep the players happy and not to win right? Exactly this attitude leads us to field Pogba who is more effective as scarecrow than as football player.

we must win at all cost even if all the players, staffs and fans might be unhappy. we are desperate. we don't have much time to listen to some player's anger.

what are u talking about??? we were chasing an equalizer and the coach takes off one of the only creative players just to toy with his tactical schemes
do u remember any chances after dybala being substituted?? was he worst on the field??
i understand a disappointment of the player.
