Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini: "Dybala has to grow? No, Allegri has to grow not Dybala. Allegri is like all Italian coaches." GdS

:lol2:
He's right. Dybala is by far our most talented player skill wise and our most promising, aside maybe from Pogba.

It's a no-brainer he should be a starter every match he's fit for. I don't know what's the deal here but since he was bought it looks like he isn't Allegri's favorite.

Yes, after two games, offcourse.

How about we let Allegri decide huh ?
We don't have to agree with every decision he makes. Especially when it's one that could have seen us with 3 points instead of 0 right now.

Dybala should have started both games, period. The fact he wasn't picked to start is a bit odd, what's the deal? Fitness level? Not impressing at training? Trust issues?

In any case, we don't know. All we can do is just disagree and want our best player to play as much as possible.

If we won, none of this starting bs would be going on. Everyone is just trying to point fingers at the moment for the loss. We will never know if we would've won if we started Dybala. While I agree that he should have started, you can't blame it for us losing. We had plenty of changes that we didn't finish properly. A few unlucky strikes but I could've seen us up 3-1 with the amount of chances we got.

Can't you read? I said we could have won, not that we would have won. Big difference.

It means that if we had started a player with the indidivual set of skills that Dybala has, a player who creates situations for goal out of thin air, would have given us a higher probability for a victory.

IF we won, which i don't know if you noticed we didn't. So of course fingers have to be pointed at someone and that someone is Allegri. Why? Because it's his team.

Calm down... I wasn't replying to your comment specifically.

It's basically a redundant point when Coman starts instead. People expect price tags to play, but a coach is the one who sees the players all week and picks the side accordingly.

People might forget that Morata started only 11 games in Serie A last season, but he gradually became the partner for Tevez. That's normal because Tevez and Llorente did well the previous season, and Morata needed time to adjust to Italian football. Dybala doesn't need that, but Juve is not the same as Palermo.

Allegri went with his choices and it didn't work. Currently we have four forwards who Allegri seems to trust. But coaches get criticism when the team loses, and if it wasn't Dybala it would be something else. There was plenty to choose from against Udinese.

Coman would've played better if he was deployed in a favorable setup rather than making him play with his back facing the goal.
In the second half he started moving into space drifting on the wings. That's where his strength lies in my opinion.

Can we already stop with this nonsense of coman as an SS ?.

If llegri has the tools to play 433 now, he really should start training it... but not forcing players to play out of position. At this pace, coman will be giovincoed.

Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

Dybala needs to start in the weekend. Both Manolas and Castan are not particularly quick or effective tacklers. Having Dybala running at them all day will cause them issues.
Thats a given. If Dyvala doesnt start, we should start to worry about whats going on with allegri.

I agree with Zamp. Italian managers suck at this.

The old man is right even if it is just two games. It is ovious Dybala was ready to play from the start. Coman could of came on later in the game.
I think the same. Coman wasnt terrible..but he is just not an SS. Give him freedom on the sides. Thats it

Ill be honest here, Morata was coming to an unknown and hostile world for spaniards...on top of that he got injured right away.... so the gradual inclusion was more than understandable.

On dybs case, he has already played 2 seasons in italy, and the change to Juventus seems to not hav affected him, not even a little. So why not to use him?. he has looked sharp as hell.

Can only be a tactical choice. One thing I've noticed about Dybala is that he often drops into a position to be an assist man. With this 3-5-2 maybe Allegri wanted two goal threats, because Mandzukic would otherwise be isolated. Maybe he doesn't see a partnership with Mandzukic working well so far. Maybe he'll be used more often with Morata. It's far too early to speculate on all these things. All I know is that saying he is not playing because he is young is absolute rubbish. Because he is new, fair enough.

Theres a saying thata coach should use the ones most inform. I see dybala on form. Use him.

Coman is practically equally "new" to us since he never ever plays..yet he started our first game.

I agree on what u said tho

Then why not use him as a trequartista?
