As Dybala is looking suitable to the AM position and we are struggling to sign one, this is how the squad looks per position now:

GK - Buffon, Neto, Rubinho
RB - Licht, Caceres
LB - Asamoah, Evra
CB - Bonucci, Chiellini, Barzagli, Rugani
DM - Marchisio, Padoin
CM - Pogba, Khedira, Sturaro, Isla
AM - Dybala, Pereyra
SS - Morata, Coman
CF - Mandzukic, Zaza

How does it look like?
I think he's more like a SS, but he's young so he can grow in a different position. I think we need an AM for sure.

In your list I think Padoin is a good player to fill-up a exceptional gap but not as a second choice and Isla should leave, Both Lichtsteiner and Caceres are better than him.

Marotta paid 32+8M for wonderkid dybala,
while only willing to offer 15+7M for draxler..
Seriously..marotta AGAIN does the brilliant judgement..

Imho with dybala plays, having oscar/who ever passing guy will be better than having draxler..or isco type..remember palermo playing?

So let's put it into perspective to see what could be in for us with this Dybala guy.

Given that Messi at his highest is 101/100 and judging by what we saw from Dybal so far, how high can Dybala get, in his peak performance years, in a scale of 100?

I honestly believe that he can be and will be a 90. Anything higher I would be shocked. If he finds a ceiling at 85 ( to me that's scoring ~20 goals per season for at least 4 seasons ) I would be alright. Anything under 80 would mean we're already overhyping, and that thought scares me a little bit.

It's time for Juve to have a new superstar upfront.

What do you think? At his highest, out of 100?

Oh and, 90 to me is being directly involved with no less than 35 goals ( say 25 goals + 10 assists ) for at least 4 seasons.
