If I'm the one you're taking a shot at, I've said numerous times that Dybala is the most important player of our attack.
Did you ever label him as the second coming of ADP or Baggio? If not, than no, anyway i didnt have one specific person in mind when i posted, more or less it was aimed at those overhyping every move he made against the Sassuolo's and Benevento's of this world...
I won't even get into the subject of bashing other crucial/decisive players just in order to praise him, that's another lame story, one that i already made my point about in Federico's thread.
Praising him is alright because he is indeed a great player, but he obviously needs to grow before people start thinking he will single handed outplay Tottenham or the likes as he did with Sassuolo, i hate overpraising/overhyping too early because if he won't score or assist for a game or two the usual experts on tuz won't waste a second before bashing him and calling him a flop, high expectations usually lead to dissapointments, as impressed as i am with his overall development so far i still rather stay balanced and aware that he is not the finished article yet while mentally he clearly lacks something by not being a 'champion' in the true sense of the word just yet, Allegri is aware of this and that is most probably why he been slowly integrating him, as pressure less as possible.
Anyway, one way or another he will play a crucial role in the next couple of weeks and as everyone else ofc i hope he puts in the display of a lifetime, because on this occasion it really matters, this upcoming high pressure challenges will be the real test for him.

And to go back on topic because afterall this is Dybala's thread, i just hope he will be fit to at least come in as a sub against Spurs, his impact from the bench could be crucial!
Wonder if he'll be called up for Viola. Hopefully he will so that there is a chance he can come in as a sub against Spurs.
Hopefully this aswell! :xfinger:
