People really think Beppe would sell Bonucci and Dybala on same window?

Because i can't see it.

Don't need the money. Not even to reinforce some other position. All our rumoured transfer targets are payable. Not like Verratti kind of fees.
I don't see it either, we would hold very firm at this point and postpone it for a season. But then you have the will of the player and dealing with him for a season. Dybala strikes me as somebody who would be a bag of shit unhappy for a year, he's already inconsistent and seems disinterested when it suits him.

Your opinion, nothing else. Barca had a release clause for twice the historical record transfer fee. It was their sale. The control was always with them
Well I can hardly give you your opinion. They set the release clauses to ward off bids. They see themselves as the mighty Barfa, desire of all players. Then arab dude laughs and taps up ladyboy, here we are. Now the control is all gone and it sets a poor precedent.

Yeah, we can't assume Bernardeschi take that spot right on and perform like we want already. Because he is "il nuovo Baggio" . That would be risky, and i can't think Beppe is this stupid.

But however if this were to prove correct Marotta should walk through the door and never come back. That sampdoria kind of mentality is long days gone. We need ambition from our general manager, not only revenues.

Considering our style and Barca`s style I think selling Dybala for 150M would be good for both sides..
100M for Griezmann and we have a player who is probably better suited for our style +50M in the bank while Barca can develop Dybala better than we due to their super attacking style
or even better spend 150 and get Mbappe

BTW, Madrid sold both Morata and James who were young talents who were suppose to be the future of that club. While James didn't live up to his hype he's still considered a top player in his position.
Morata and James were deemed excess to requirements, bench players at Real Madrid. Dybala is the focal point of our attack, so that comparison is bollocks.

Who can we realistically get to replace Dybala? No fucking one. Mbappe is out of reach, Dembele is really good but not at that level yet, and Griezmann would never come here. Some people mention we already have a ready made replacement in Bernardeschi; I call that a bad joke, just like the "il nuovo Baggio" label, because Berna isn't @ Dybala's level, and will never be anywhere near Baggio's.

I wouldn't be surprised. Dybala is the first player that Marotta is refusing to sell and saying it so open and public. I mean look at these quotes :

“I just need to say Dybala is our player, we are proud to have him, we built a new Juventus with him and are glad to continue that. He already has a long contract and we will extend it.

“The most important thing is that he is happy to be at Juventus, he wants to continue with us for many years and we aim to build a team together.
“Or, we look for talent. But, listen, a talent who can become a champion. That means someone who has not only the technical qualities but also the human values to turn into a champion, as happened with Dybala for example.

“We have a Del Piero project for him, in his new contract we’ve taken into account the value of the player, which goes hand-in-hand with enhancing the brand of the club.

“There’s common ground and the intention to have a long journey together.

“A release clause? It’s madness, I’ll never put one on a player. It’s not an advantage, it puts you in a weak position.

Juventus Coach Massimiliano Allegri assures “I’m not afraid of losing Paulo Dybala”, despite Barcelona rumours.
“It was useful to train us physically and to get to know our new teammates. They’ve just arrived, but the Coach [Max Allegri] will succeed in integrating them.

“The transfer market? I’m happy here, I’m fine and over these days I’ll be training as hard as I can to have a great season.”

Max Allegri insists Paulo Dybala will stay at Juventus, amidst speculation of Barcelona’s interest in the forward.

“Dybala had a good second half: he’s attached to the Juventus jersey and he’ll stay with us,” said the Coach after the Bianconeri’s 2-1 defeat to the Catalans on Saturday.

Juventus general manager Beppe Marotta has revealed the club has 'refused plenty of offers’ for reported Barcelona-target Paulo Dybala.

The Argentine forward has been linked with a big-money move to the Camp Nou in light of intense speculation that Neymar could join Paris Saint-Germain this summer.

"We've refused plenty of offers for him," Marotta was quoted as saying by ANSA.

"When a player is happy to stay at Juventus, then he can stay with us for as long as he wants."

This kind of thing we never saw for Pogba/Vidal/Bonucci.... So calma

He's literally the only star out there who is good and flashy enough if you want to replace Ronaldo, Messi or Neymar. In a few years him, Mbappe and Neymar will be the best offensive players.

We need to find a way to keep him. We messed up with Pogba.

In all of those quotes Beppe mentions how happy Dybala is to be here, which goes back to the whole 'we keep only players who want to be here'. Which basically means that Dybala could fine with Juve this year but the door is always open for him to leave, just like it was for Pogba.

Beppe hasnever been shy about letting a player go if they want so he doesnt say much about players on the long term but he is with Dybala. I dont think its a change with Beppe but more on Dybala wanting to be here long term and clearly has said something to Bep along these lines. He is not one that seeks the attention for the hell of it but wants to be recognized and loved I think. We forget that wanting the attention or hype can be viewed differently. Being a club favorite and legend at a club like ours is not something to scoff at and if hes getting compensated well and we are competing on all fronts why is this not a goal?

Arsenal level mentality required for that though. Also would Messi even want to sit? He probably has more of a say than the coach anyway about what happens there.
Yeah, I can't see Messi wanting to sit-out games. He wants to maintain his insane goal-scoring record and would no doubt want to have better stats than Ronaldo - which is almost a competition in itself for him.
