First of all, we have been here before. History tells us repeatedly that what the player or management sais is not always a good indication of what happens. With Pogba, I said the probability of him staying was less than 30%. With Dybala, I think it is 50% this year, but it would seem more likely he would leave next year. But again, it depends. The players Barca could look at are: Aguero, Griezmann, Coutinho, Di Maria, Dybala off the top of my head and there are probably 2-3 other names I cannot think of right now. Giovinco? Haha just kidding.
It also depends on what their coach wants. If they want to continue playing a front 3, I suspect Coutinho or Di Maria are the more suitable players. Dybala is a lefty and never plays down that left side - Barca have been playing with a lefty on the right and a righty on the left in their front 3 - so its hard to see how Dybala would play on the left. If the coach decides to play a trequartista he could use either Messi or Dybala behind the front two but that would seem unlikely at this stage.
The difference in England versus Spain or Italy, is that the coach is also the "Manager". Therefore, Klopp has discretion for Liverpool and he is likely to want to keep him at all costs.
From our perspective we have to HOPE like hell that all of a sudden Coutinho pushes for a transfer to Barca.

Agreed. Every club in Europe KNOWS that we will sell if the player wants out and this puts us in an uncompromising position. Even if we received 150m which is probably more than he is worth but a fair chunk of change. Can we get a player that has potential to be AS GOOD or BETTER than Dybala for much less? Bernardeschi, with all due respect has shown a lot less than Dybala and the ages are similar.
If Dybala wants to stay, then the situation should be simple - wouldn't even consider selling him unless a CRAZY offer came - i.e closer to 200m because he could be worth that someday.
However, if Barca wants him and Dybala wants Barcelona, and Barca's offer is around 120-130m, I can see this management selling him. If this happens, the one transfer I could see Marotta going for is someone like Thomas Muller. But who knows.
Lets just hope that Dybala wants to stay or Barca get Coutinho. Dybala's will is the key here.
