No need for him to leave and no way in hell would juve ever put him on the market. juve hit the jackpot with dybala. Will be a global superstar, and everything people pretended pogba was. He is juves messi. If he ever leaves, it would be devastating in so many ways.

Dybala will sign a new contract with Juventus until 2021 worth €7m/yr. There will be a release clause of €150m in his contract. [Mediaset]

release clause is ok in my eyes, if Dybala wants to leave he'll force his way with or without a release clause, at least with current management. it's not like he'll happily accept moving to China for example

There is no way a release clause benefits us. And if Dybala requested it to be included in the contract, it kinda puts into question his long term commitment to the club

Release clause? Have we ever done that shit before? Sounds like a bad idea given the kind of inflation we see in football... and with China on the scene.
exactly. 150m looks like his market value in 1-2 years anyway. a release clause should be something crazy in order to scare the potential buyers away.

of course Dybala wants a release clause there not Juventus, I'm just saying it doesn't do much damage to the club. IMO he wants it there because it gives him more control over his career, if this is what it takes to get him to sign and be happy, so be it

:agree: Look how much we paid for the older Higuain

Well, if he demands it then okay, just means he's keeping his options open. I hope this doesn't set a new trend at our club.

please, no way Dybala will be worth 150m after a season or two, he'd have to start scoring 50-60 goals per season Messi/Ronaldo style, I don't see him upping his numbers so much so soon

2018 is the year where we'll start over a new cycle. Coach might leave, our legend Buffon is retiring plus some other ageing players might depart/retire. So in that regard this €150M might be useful and probably we can change formation to suit the new coach's (potentially) needs.

We are poised to lose him at some point. That's for certain.

He will keep his options open as long as there are clubs that can offer him more money and more chances of silverware (CL). There are like 3 or 4 clubs ahead of us in this regard.

Its simple.

This.

If we lost Vidal and Pogba, we for sure can lose Dybala.

As long as we dont stablish ourselves as a CL contender everyseason , this will always be a possibility
