They are playing Dybala - Aguero - Di Maria behind Higuain.

Not sure it's going to work... Dybala needs space in the central area to drift to his left, if he starts at the right side. And Aguero in theory is occupying that space. They will need to move a lot to make it work

It's been terrible so far. Higuain has hardly touched the ball, as there is no connection between the midfield and the attacking 4. And when Aguero or Di Maria have had a chance to carry the ball forward, they've been selfish and not made relatively simple passes to Higuain or Dybala. No organization or team-play at all.

Exactly. It's been awful. Dybala got subbed.

It's impressive how Argentina and even Barcelona are Messi dependent
They arent. They just got lazy coaches

As can be seen here. Lazy coaching. Put 4 FW's on and hope it works.

City pre-guardiola did that too.

You need strict work on who does what, when and how.

Especially at National teams

:agree:

Aguero is in $#@! form. Should not be starting, as he clearly has no idea how to play with Higuain and it just ends up with Higuain hardly touching the ball when he's on the pitch.
Yes, he simply can't pick one between Higuain and Aguero. And after a full game without a proper midfield in the game before, what he does next? Keep only 2 mids and finishes the game with Mascherano - Dybala - Di Maria - Aguero - Higuain - Pratto.

No joke

It would be ridiculous for either team to be. Messi is a great player obviously, but I think we can all agree his strength lies in the offensive part of the game. Barca have Neymar and Suarez and Argentina have so many great strikers I can't even name all of them anymore.

After they see how amazing of a duo Dybala and Higuain are, they'll start them for every tournament and win it. Pereyra as midfield general.

Let's be honest. They've not exactly combined well here so far. Basically all their goals have been from individual brilliance or combining with other players
