Outside of actually watching us play? He's been our best player this season and he was among our best players if not the best during the Sarri year. He has had two bad seasons in his Juventus career, Allegri's last one and last year under Pirlo.
People's expectations of Dybala are incredible (not talking about BayernFan but about Juventus fans here).

He has been our best player this season. Not only is he playing great, he also acts like a captain. His injuries in the last 2 seasons are the problem, but criticisms of his play are just weird. He actually stands up and takes responsibility and plays great.

And still, Id agree that Dybs hasnt lived up to potential, even if he has had good moments of form this season or Sarris year. I definitely expected more from him after the 15/16 and 16/17. I guess a lot of it is down to injuries, but the guy is even struggling to play for his NT

with every week passed you can take off a percent of chance of him staying. Although to be fair, Chiellini was without a club this summer for a month or so, but no one noticed lol.

Of course we were not risking to lose Chiellini, it was his own decision

No one (except Juventus) will give him 10 mil salary.

Being our best player this season means what exactly? What place are we in?

How?

I could be totally wrong, but it's just how it looks from the outside.
In my experience fans outside of Juve are the ones that overrate him because he is famous and has a good fifa rating. Fans used to underrate Juve when we were good but now they overrate us. We were underrated with hard working under the radar players but most of them are gone and were replaced by players that suck but are famous and lazy.

Are there no better suitors for our best player?
Barcelona can't register players. City, Bayern, Chelsea, Madrid, and Liverpool (you know, the big teams that actually know how to plan) have no need for him, and he's not joining anyone else in Serie A.

It means he's been the best player in a team full of holes that we can hardly afford to replace the worst aka getting rid of him would be retarded. what about that is so confusing?
It's not about confusion. It's all about fitting the narrative. Dybala is holding us back, he's a plague, and we must get rid of him to "improve" the team.

Dybala being our best player, regardless of how shit the team is, does not fulfill that narrative.

Hust is the director of this incredibly biased movie about Dybala, with Elvin being his trusty producer, and Juve 92 probably the script writer. Oh, I can't forget Xperd and Sir Lacks A Lot, both bonafide Dybala haters. What honorary roles/titles should be bestowed upon them?

I feel people have trouble with his personality, fragility and the tactical headaches he brings more than anything else.

When Dybala is playing and in form he is one of the best in our team, if not our top performer.
