Yeah, I mean as much as I like Dybala and prayed for him to be elite (and he has shown elements of it over the years) his lack of consistency and the fact he seems to be breaking down more and more lately coupled with seeing him this year and two years ago on the pitch he just doesn't command a game. He's flashy, he does some good stuff but he doesn't take over a game, doesn't provide that cutting edge and doesn't bring results cosistently.
To pay him like he's a constant elite player when he's not is probably a mistake. But he wears #10 and has been good for us at times so its not completely crazy to make the contract. Hope he lives up to it and finally gives us the 3-4 years we've been waiting to see from him.
