Everyone agrees that Dybala had a bad season. But that's not a reason to write him off and talk about him like he's just another one failed talent. He didn't live up to the "second Messi" level of expectations, but he's definitely not a failure. Let's not forget that not that long ago he did things like this.

It is a shame Dybala will miss out on playing under a more attacking manager. It was one bad season...and it is sad that he hasn't even had a chance to train with the team or play a pre season game under Sarri.

No issue with selling him if Sarri thinks he isn't right for the team but why not get cash and utilise it better than what the rumours are stating now.

I mean straight swap Eriksen for Dybala, imma say yes. Tottenham would not want that, but with less than a year of contract, they can't risk losing him on free

I don't agree. He had worse season than the one before, but he didn't have a bad season.

Tottenham Hotspur have made an approach for Juventus forward Paulo Dybala, claim reports, intercepting Manchester United talks.
Dybala is unconvinced by the idea of joining Manchester United in exchange for Romelu Lukaku and is holding up the transfer.
According to French site SoccerLink, Tottenham have dived in with a proposal and did so directly via manager Mauricio Pochettino, who tried to talk his fellow Argentine into joining him in London.
Spurs would have several advantages over Manchester United for Dybala, above all that they are in the Champions League and indeed reached the Final last season.
Pochettino can also help La Joya to acclimatise and fit him into a more creative style of football.

Former Dybala agent warns Man Utd

Paulo Dybala’s former agents sent Manchester United a letter warning they could be on the hook for €40m if they sign the Juventus striker, claim La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The exchange deal with Romelu Lukaku is increasingly in doubt and not just because the Argentina international is unconvinced by the destination.
He requested €12m plus bonuses in salary and another €15m commission for agent Jorge Antun, but there are other problems to consider too.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Dybala’s former agents Star Image have sent a legal letter to Manchester United warning them against a transfer.
That’s because they are in the middle of legal action against Dybala for breach of contract after he walked away from their deal to join a new agency in 2017.
It was a 10-year contract, so there is a lot of money potentially at stake for his image rights, with Star Image filing paperwork with the International Chamber of Commerce this week.
If they win, then Dybala and his club will be liable for up to €40m.

It’s getting better. I guess he wont go to Manchester United. It would suck if Juve still buys Lukaku even if Dybala operation fails.

Higuain scored 40 goals in a season with us, and people wanted to sell him because "he is a choker in big matches".

When was the last time Dybala showed up in an important match?
I would hold Dybala higher than Higuain in that regard. He showed up against Barca, against Lazio on several occasions to save us, against United, Spurs, and so on. Higuain, in my impression, rarely does (show up). Considering their roles as well, I would hold Dybala even higher considering how deep he has played yet scores about every second game.

 maybe that was our game after all, getting rid of him before any court rulling

Meh. The former agents just play their game. If there was a real chance of success for such a lawsuit, Dybala's team would probably never did that. Lawsuit, even if it's already filed, even with big numbers, means nothing until it's won.

Oh Higuain showed up multiple times in Serie A. Inter, Milan, Roma, Napoli, you name it. He scored against every big club in Italy.
In the CL, he had some important goals vs Spurs, Monaco, Sporting etc. He was one of our only reliable players in the 2017-18 CL campaign. The main difference is Higuain will be 32 and has declined a lot in the last 2 years while Dybala will only turn 26.

Paulo Dybala continues to take his time - Tomorrow medical visits & training with the Juventus, He has reiterated this morning to his agent that he wants to stay in Turin. Paratici, on the other hand, pushes for the sale (with a capital gain of over €70m) to juve (NicoShira)
