First you said Falcao was unproven but you wanted and rated Zaza as a top player.

Now this.
This is getting better. :numnum:
Falcao has been worth NOTHING in Premier League. He's has been AVERAGE in Ligue 1 for Monaco. I have NEVER rated Zaza a top player, I said he might be considered one WITHIN Serie A. Look at the top scorer charts. He, along with Icardi, Menez, Toni, Higuain, Dybala, Quagliarella etc are top players because they contritube to their teams with goals.

When a player is CLOSE to retirement, it's a way of pointing out to guys like you that he's no lad. Falcao is 8 years older then Dybala. In this comparison Falcao is old. And since it's been 3 years since top level from him I rate him: old and washed up.

Now there's a far more complex situation with us seemingly levels above the rest in Italy's top fight. We don't need immediate top players like other top clubs reinforce (only europe's richest clubs do that). IMO Tevez and Morata makes a top level attack and where would you play Falcao here? Would you take the game out of Morata and bench him? :facepalm2: Dybala offers tactical options along with form. MATCH FORM.

But why are we even discussing the opportunity of Falcao? He'll never come here as we can't afford his greedy salary. He currently makes £15.6m a year. We can afford to offer him £4m, maybe. I can simply never see this happen.

a lot of things i disagree with. and you should know by now that in italy salaries are net, everywhere else is gross. and he would take wage cut whatsoever

His NET salary is about 12m euros.Even a wage cut by half would still be expensive for us.

He is turning into another version of Torres very quickly.Need to dodge this bullet.

Would you give them Berardi for 15m with a buyback clause of 20m...if it mean we'd get Dybala for ~25m?
Zamp would never agree to a fee he can't control. Let's say he goes to Palermo for 15m and explodes for a 3rd straight season, I don't think Zamp would take it for only 20m. But to answer your question, if it meant getting Dybala this summer for 25m and we buy Berardi for 15m now and give him to Palermo PLUS 25m? I want to make sure I understand you. So we would spend 40m on 2 players but only get one?

Morata is already as good as cavani
wat?

buy Berardi for 15m
sell Berardi to Palermo for 15m but we can buy him back a year later for 20m or a little more.
buy Dybala for 25m or more(~30m) like others suggest.
