Arsenal-Palermo meeting next week to Dybala, the English had already expressed interest in the past. But the priority of the player is the Serie A and Juve, it lacks the agreement between the two clubs though.

Being poor royally sucks. We are a bigger club and our team would beat Arsenal any day. But they can afford drive-by-signing players we have been drooling about.

from the Arsenal forum

Nevertheless, with Zamparini saying a club is close to completing his signing, I wouldn't rule out United or PSG at this point. The player himself seems to like Arsenal (and Wenger) though.

Update from the arsenal forum: "Guaranteed league title, speaks Italian etc etc. Ambitionless, but there you go."

Ambitionless I say that's ambition right there if he went to arsenal he won't win a thing, nice logic :D
