Are you kidding me?! If its a Coman loan without an option it is better than keeping him as he needs that playing time and Palermo could be a very good place to develop!
I guess 25M+Coman loan+some youngsters would be fair
25M+50% of Coman would be a good deal for them (we would profit from it for now but If Coman gets as good as I think he can be that decision would come back to haunt us)

His age and talent is exactly the profile of players we have been looking at in the past couple of years, unfortunately his price tag probably won't be.

I think I read comments from Marotta that spoke about investment and playing time for young players we already own or have a future with (Berardi, Morata, Zaza, Coman, Pereyra), suggesting that we won't throw too many young players together at once.

There are no more co-ownerships after this season.

Juventus offer for Dybala?
By Football Italia staff

Juventus are reportedly set to make Palermo an offer for Paulo Dybala, with €25m plus players rumoured.

The Argentinian forward is one of the hottest properties in Europe after a stellar season for the Rosanero, but has reportedly decided that he wants to stay in Serie A next season.

It’s widely believed that Juventus are in pole position to secure his signature, and Tuttosport this morning says that an offer will be presented this week.

The newspaper states that despite Palermo patron Maurizio Zamparini’s €40m asking price, the Bianconeri will offer €25m in terms of a transfer fee.

That would then be supplemented by sending some of the Old Lady’s players to Renzo Barbera.

Defender Edoardo Goldaniga is co-owned between the two clubs, and could be sacrificed by the Turin giants as part of any agreement.

Midfielder Luca Marrone, who has suffered with muscular problems this season could also be included, as well as goalkeeper Nicola Leali.

The sports daily also claims that Palermo are huge admirers of young French attacker Kingsley Coman.

While Juve would not be willing to see the starlet move permanently to Sicily, Tuttosport believes he could move on loan for a season or two to help secure Dybala’s signature.
So basically 25 mil plus some promising youth players, and Coman loan. I'd take that.

Marrone is worth about €6m at most because of his injury record, and no one would pay that for him outright as it stands. Goldaniga probably €2m for his half. The loan of a talent like Coman is worth about €2m.

There is nothing to suggest that we would release Leali, Marotta is always talking him up.

However, those players (except Coman) may be worth a lot more to Palermo in future. More likely is that they will just go to South America and just pick out the best under 25 players with EU passports that they can find for peanuts.

If this deal happens it's important we don't let Coman go, as in selling him. Send him out on a loan and bring him back in 1 or 2 seasons if he shows more than just promise.

I say this because who knows, Palermo could ask for him and to get Dybala we could do the stupid thing and accept it.

I could see a loan with option + buyback attached. We loan him out, let Palermo buy him for 5 mil, and attach a 15 mil buyback. So in the end we have a net spend of 10 mil to have our player developed for us...

As long as we have preference over other clubs, then sure. I just don't want to lose this kid just yet, we don't know what he might become.

Agree. I think a buyback clause of 15 mil 2 years down the road, and say 18 mil 3 years down the road would be excellent. He'd be in his 20s then, and we'd have a much better idea of what he was turning into.
