Even If the rumored price(32M+4M bonuses) is a bit too much imo,but well, today every average player goes for 15-20M so....
And we know that if he was putting a better numbers he could have gone to EPL/PSG for Pastore money or more.(40M+)

Feels weird btw that we are spending that money on single player in Marotta's era :D
Lol yes, it does.

But I think he's been numbercrunching and doing risk analysis like crazy with this one. I think the worst case scenario with Dybala is him flopping and his value dropping to around 18-20 million. In a worst-case scenario, we therefore stand to lose around 12-14 million on him.

With increased CL revenue, tv-money, record gate receipts during the 14/15 season and Adidas money, this is is a risk Juventus can afford to take right now.

Most likely, though, everything will work out just fine. Dybala will probably keep on improving and turn out to be a great signing for us.

I guess, in a market where Matri costs 12 million and Cuadrado 35 million, this isn't too bad of a deal.

The kid is undoubtedly talented. I'm just a bit skeptical, due to his recent form and I simply don't think he has proven all that much yet. He's been at a club where there's no pressure to perform or win. Can he cut it at a big club, where "good" can even get you booed? Where 'very good' is what's expected of you and 'world class' is what the fans really wanna see?

However, the talent is there, and he's also young enough - and skilled enough - to have a good resell value should he flop here. We could at least recuperate half, should he turn out to be a new Diego.

Also, we're $#@!ing up Merda's plans in the process, and making their fans salty. I like that.

Sign him up!
+1

Juve begin with Dybala
With the imminent match against Real Madrid coming up, the Bianconeri are accelerating towards a deal for the Argentine striker who could be confirmed when the club return from Spain.

This transfer is so going to fall through this week with a last minute bid from Roma.

You're all jinxing it. :(
We weren't CL semi finalists before :D Nobody in their right mind would chose Roma over us or any other Italian side for that matter.

Players today want a shot at CL football, want the spotlight. And this team can give it to anyone now.

If @Mark AKA the jinxing master jinxs it, he'll go to the PL.

Marotta splashing 36m on one player, sound like bs for me. :shifty:
Well, since it's payable in 3 years, it's 12 million per season. Well within our yearly budget. Adding to that that his salary requirement fits our wage structure.

And like I said earlier, I think due to our increased revenue and this kid's potential and age, it's not a particularly high risk transfer.

With that said, though, yeah... you're right. It doesn't sound like Beppe at all :D

But I do have a feeling it's true. Rumours are getting hot hot hot. Hansel. Dybala. So hot. Right now.

Not convinced enogh, hopefully i am wrong about him. But the eye test suggest he's not that good, weak physically, not talentend enough to play as an AM, and not strong and clinical enough to be a ST.
I really hope am wrong, but we are taking a big risk here.
