Pogba has Juventus clause?
Football Italia

It’s reported there’s a clause which would allow Manchester United’s Paul Pogba to rejoin Juventus, but a deal is very unlikely.

The French midfielder joined the Red Devils from the Bianconeri in the summer of 2016 for what was then a world record fee of €105m plus another €5m in bonuses.

However, he has been repeatedly dropped by United manager Jose Mourinho in recent weeks, leading to rumours he’ll leave at the end of the season.

According to L’Équipe, there was a clause in the deal which took Pogba to Old Trafford which would allow Juve to buy him back for around €60m.

Even if this is the case though, his €12m wages wouldn’t be matched in Turin, and it’s not certain the Old Lady would take him back after he pushed for the move to England.

I'd rather a 60 million Euro traitor than a pseudo footballer with zero skills and a sloth in midfield :boh: :numnum:

And if he does indeed push for another move in 2 seasons, we'd get to sell him for another world record fee. Nonetheless, I think this clause business is probably BS, even if it's coming from a trustworthy source like L'Equipe.
:beppe:

Imagine ripping off ManU twice

I would take him back, he'd probably be cheaper than SMS lol, but not with that 12m net salary or whatever stupid amount he's earning at ManU. Give him control over his image rights, he can earn his marketing money himself, but I wouldn't like him receiving 2 to 4 times more from Juventus than other integral players.

Since a major part of the transfer fee went into the pockets of Raiola, we actually only earned ~€90m from the sale, right?
Buying him back would "only" make a ~€30m loss for Utd?

Or how to understand this madness?

12 M net is not two times more than other integral players. Dybala and Higuain earn close to 8 million net.

I'm not sure about Dybala, I've heard figures from 5.5m to 7.5m. Higuain is overpaid and all the other guys are in the range of 3 to 6 millions, I just wouldn't like someone like Pogba to receive that much more while we're probably penny pinching every other player on the team.

It will depend a lot on our perfomances in CL. The perfect fuck-up or another final would both probably work out for us. He is starting to 'grow' in his head imho and if he takes a pay-cut to be back - well I am 101% behind it.

Next season midfield:
Pogback - Pjanic
Can/Fabinho

Would be the return of the jedi for us!

That midfield is really sexy, with the exception of Can. A midfield trio of Fabinho, Pjanic, and Pogba would be amazing. We're probably gonna end up with Can and Pellegrini while keeping the likes of The Accidental Footballer and Snami Slothira tho. Incredibly underwhelming and nowhere near good enough to compete with the European Elite :sigh:

Do. not. want.
Make him beg for it, apologize, Man U was a terrible mistake, Elia treatment, then loan to Atalanta.
