Pogba has amazing passing AND dribbling. Those guys are genious, but not athletic. Pogba is the most well rounded of them all. He's strongest, fastest, more agile, and at the same time very creative, flair, dribbling, vision, passing...

He's just too complete.

when pirlo gets pressured in the own half he does a faint and plays a long ball pin point to a winger or striker who is then through on goal, while pogba tries to dribble the first and the second opponent actually gaining a whopping 10 meters towards the opponents goal with the pressing players just able to run back at him.
passing is always the better option, because you will gain so much more distance by playing the ball instead of "dragging" (dribbling) with it towards the opponents goal, but of course that is too much to understand for people that probably never really played football.
