If you think about it, powerlifters are so far out there. I guess they perform one lift kind of right (can't cheat the deadlift after all), but everything else they do is just weird. Best part is that they claim it's healthy. Yeah bro, you sure look healthy .

I know what he's going to say. That squats and deadlifts are good for you. And hell, I'm not going to say they're not. But it's obvious to pretty much everyone that you have to combine those lifts with at least some cardio and that superwide low bar squats are just an atrocity.
I like it. Fat men congratulating each other on their fatness and 'health'. I don't mean to rip on you, but it's pretty much what powerlifting is all about.
