"Don't believe everything you read in the papers.
It's all just blah, blah, blah."

I believe that the newspapers were also involved in this ad bc they're sick of being called unreliable

The slogan above is therefore meant to be sarcastic

When was the last time United finished first? We finished first so if Pogba is saying first never follows then does that not mean he wouldnt be going to united?

Wouldn't be surprised if Adidas is behind all of this. They probably even orchestrated the whole deal and are behind the money that Utd is paying in some way.
The ads, the shirt sales they'd make with Pogba playing for Utd, the partnership deal with Man U and Juventus.

Adidas is way, way too involved in this transfer.
Probably explains the image rights on this deal. Given adidas pays Utd way more than they do Juve, they stand to recoup a lot of that 75m euro a season deal when the cash in on Oogba shirt sales.

Because it is in the interest of Juve to keep Pogba. And then sell him next year "for as much money as you can make", while being better prepared, if he wants to leave at all cost.

According to your logic we should immediately sell Dybala if City tomorrow offers him a salary that makes him earn 3x as much at Juve and he requests to leave. Because why would you keep a player who wants to leave? I mean he could $#@! the bed!

Why would Bayern have kept Ribery in 2009 and not bend over to Chelsea/Real, despite him wanting to leave? And after that tried everything in their power to change his mind? Why couldn't they be as submissive as we were when we gave them Vidal?

All those other and so immature top-clubs who keep their players and expect them to respect the contract they've signed. A tragedy.
That's not my logic at all so stop putting words in my mouth. What would Juve have gained from forcing him to stay if he wanted out? Having a player disgruntled and unhappy playing like shit for what purpose? To possibly mess with the locker room chemistry. Fuck that if he wants to go to a shit club to be a fake ass gangster than fuck him and the horse he rode in on. We are JUVENTUS he's just Paul

Yeah this was done and dusted long time ago. Maybe even agreed upon by Marotta, so he could use the time to spend the cash and soften the blow. The director probably enjoys the deal as well, gets two transferrecords to his name.

Karma bruv. It's not united to blame on this one. Adidas, Raiola, Pogna, our board.
