I don't disagree with you, but who else is there to stop them in England? Arsenal are a joke, and City's squad besides De Bruyne is ageing.

As for Mourinho, he'll be gone 3 years from now, but all it took him was 2 seasons to win the treble at his time at Inter, that too with much older players and with a much smaller budget. At Union he will have a shit ton of money to throw away. I'm not saying he'll win a treble or even a CL, just that he will definitely at least challenge for the title and get to CL quarters/semis.
Conte has a LOT of rebuilding to do!

Sad. He had a chance to become a true great here, guiding us to the CL, on his team, cemneting his legacy as a legend here, honoring the number 10 jersey, and then leaving to Madrid when he was 25-26. He could have stayed to honor guys like Buffon, Barza, and Evra. He would have still had plenty of time to get that exposure and more money with Madrid, and then possibly with PSG in the last 3-4 years of his career. The fat Shitcunt would have also made his commission, just a bit further down the line. Moving to United is a step backwards, fueled by money and that lust for fame. It has nothing to do with football. A very immature, impertinent, and rushed decision, but then again he is only 23. It's gonna suck losing him, because with him, our midfield was definitely top 3 in world football; inevitably it has regressed, regardless of who we bring in. Pogba is a Vieri-Davids hybrid with a sprinkle of Zidane. He could go on to become the best/most complete midfielder of his generation, and we are missing out on that.

It also sucks because it goes to show that Serie A is a giant pile of shit that can't hold onto its best players anymore. Back in the days of Platini, Van Basten, and Maradona, this was the league to be in, this was The Destination.

I am quite confident we could have offered him wages of 8 million net (seeing as Higuain is on 7.5), but I guess that still isn't enough. I am very disappointed by his greed and misconduct, and don't wish him well with United, because I hate that club, their arrogance, and the shitcunt of a coach they have. May they fail, and fail miserably.

Not the Champions League for a while, but I think with this move they could actually win the Premier League next season. If he's expecting to win the Champions League any time soon then he's naive.

Recent history suggests Mourinho will have a meltdown, and they are far away from the Champions League, but Pogba would be dumb to expect CL success any time soon. Moving like this doesn't indicate he's that bothered by that either, its not like Vidal to Bayern.

His time in Italy was inheriting an already title winning squad and improving upon it with no Juve on the horizon. His time in England is different because he has a half baked squad and it's nowhere near complete. So he's doing the next best short term thing of plugging fewer gaps with more world class players and trying to work from there. Truth is, this team has zero identity. And it will struggle to imbibe his philosophy unless he has all the personnel he wants. Keep in mind, the other coaches are big names and have big teams. Guadiola will bother him. As will Conte. And best of all, it's the very league he just proved to be a massive failure in. While nothing is set in stone, odds are, that he will struggle again to be that all dominating title winning coach, especially with the way the EPL is shaping up.
