The Vidal vs Pogba argument needs to stop. Vidal was the better before but Pogba probably will become the better in the future if he isnt already.. end of.

I also believe that the best players dont necessarily make the best team. A good example of this was when England had Gerrard and Lampard. Now i am not saying Pogba leaving will make us any better ( it does not) but with the right players our midfield as a whole can become just as good. Most likely wont but come on lets try and be positive. I think thats what Zach was trying to say. We cant replace all of his qualitys with one player but if we take the best qualitys from a couple of players and play them the right way at the right times then what he gives to the team can be replaced.

Just need this to be concluded ASAP so we can focus on our midfield. Sick of the uncertainty.
Agree. For two reasons. First, we are losing the potential top 3-best-MF in the next decade. Second, if he goes our MF right now is like Pjanic plus noone else. Marchisio out and Khedira injury record make our MF look very very weak. As soon as he goes we might have more certainty about who is coming.

Why move to Manchester over Madrid?

1. Work with Mourinho
2. Go back to a club he clearly feels affection for, and knows well. He actually likes Manchester!
3. A few French team mates
4. Who is to say United can't challenge for the CL in 2-3 years?
5. Very competitive league with full stadia every week, unlike in Italy
6. More money, possibly higher wages than at Madrid

I think accusing some one who moves to United of lacking ambition is a bit silly, though I appreciate you're feeling quite bitter right now. And how you feel this is an insult to Juve, I'll never realise.
He's not choosing United over Madrid. Utd is the only club willing to meet Juve's demands, so to him it's either United or Juve. He's probably grown tired of being at the same place and wants to double his salaries, so...

If I had to choose peak Pogba or peak Vidal for one game, that's definitely Pogba.

For 6 months, considering Pogba can't be as consistent as Vidal, I'd still pick Pogba.

And that's from a huge Vidal fan. One of the players I loved most at Juve. Fucking bastard had to leave.

I think his argument was who was more decisive in CL. At least that's how I read it and it's definitely Vidal for me.

You have agree with Zach regarding Pogba's CL performances.

We lose potential but right now if we get a competent top midfielder in his place, we ain't losing much imo. Pogba is a loss for the future not right now where I think the difference won't be much of we replace him with a quality experiences midfielder.
