This window is long. Its not like we are desperate to offload Pogba because we just made a 90M signing. I still think Madrid will swoop in in the last minute. Zidane said they are negotiating and they dont need the money first to make a purchase like that either. This is a common arrogant assumption from EPL fans.

They can buy Pogba now and can easily offload Kroos or James for monstrous offers later in the window.
