Pogba earns 4.5mil before taxes, united offers 13mil after taxes.

Alves and Higuain are miles ahead of cuadrado and morata. They are huge upgrades.

Pjanic is much more consistant then Pogba. Not nearly as complete, but similar in terms of creativity.
4.5M after taxes not before taxes.

That's not true. Juve is a healthy company owned by a billion-dollar conglomerate. Also Juve would keep Pogba if he wants to stay. It can be refused for other reasons as well, like that fact that Pogba's value will be over 100m for years to come, particularly considering that prices rise and rise.

If Juve sells, it's all because the management decided they don't want to keep a player who wants to leave.

They are a healthy company because they make smart financial decisions. Maybe it pays off to keep Pogba, but selling him for 120m sounds enticing too.

Also, people keep saying that Pogba will be worth just as much in 2 years time. There is just no way of knowing that. He might break his leg tomorrow and never properly recover. Fuck, he might slip and break his neck. With a professional athlete, you can really only guess.

I do think we will have a slightly better team even if Pogba leaves, but i don't think we made this massive jump forwards that some think we did. Morata always was a force in important CL games, it's tough to imagine that Higuain can top that for example.

Keeping Pogba is the missing piece of having a team that is better than any team that isn't Barca, Real or Bayern. Without him, without a top-class midfield, that possibility vanishes. Matic or Witsel instead of Pogba won't take the midfield to the next level, while signing Pjanic, while simultaneously keeping Pogba would.

Exactly. The management decided it was an offer too good to refuse. They could have decided not to sell, but United are the only club who are offering money so huge you felt you had to say yes, or rather it would be a good business decision to say yes.

Like I say, it's a win win scenario. You make your team much stronger with the Pogba money and so do United. No reason for anyone to be bitter about this at all.
