They aren't connected, OK. So we are a club that can afford a 94M Investment in a 28 year old CF. Then why would we accept a 120M for our best player if he doesent want out? We obviously are strong enough financially to pull such a move without sales, and then we proceed to sell our best player for a little above that because the offer is too good. I don't understand, either we are strong enough financially to sign players for 94M on 7.5M wages and reject offers for our best players if they don't want out or not
For Pogba, if the player was leaving on his terms, which is more wages or he leaves, then Juve would not have leverage in the negotiations as they do currently. The point being, if they don't get their price, Pogba stays. Which to me doesn't seem like a one way street where the player wants out, because if that was the case, staying wouldn't be an option. Juve have their part to play in this. Hard to see how they don't.
