Everyone on this board is very well aware that these newspapers are more like tabloids and sell players off to clubs out of their own imagination.

Pogba is a very popular player to do this with as this has been reported 50 times this mercato and 50 times last mercato.

These reports have all been proven false.

What is the difference between all of those false reports about us agreeing to terms with Man U even though we've never spoken to Man U and the reports today?

That is my question.

I believe the answer is that there is no difference and this could all be made up reporting.
I've been reading rumors regularly since the past many yrs. Pogba hasnt asked to leave any time previously.

Every club is a selling club if the price is right.bayern sold kroos to real sold di maria to man utd real sold ozil to Arsenal.
Real sold Ozil because they believed he was no needed anymore, because they signed Bale I believe. Kroos was sold to Real, but Barcelona and Real are known to step above the rest. Man Utd sold Di Maria because again he was not needed.

We're selling Pogba, when he's arguablly our most important player, it's not the same, and Man Utd are no Barca and Real. The fact of the matter we've become a selling team it was made clear when we sold Vidal to Bayern last year. I've been saying for years that it was important to have a strong Serie A and I warned that our best players wouldn't consider winning the league enough to win anymore. I think the damage has already been done to be honest, I was hoping we would take the Bayern model and stubbornly refuse any bids until we become consistent enough in the CL, but I guess not. Even if we do get "good replacements" they'll just be sold when they turn out to be good enough. Expect Dybala to follow in a couple of years

2015: Vidal and Tevez. 2016: Pogs and Morata. 2017: Pjanic and Dybala. 2019: Lemina and Berardi. 2020: Mandrágora and Pjaca.... Just saying

People need to stop sugarcoating the ugly facts. We are a selling club. Simple as that.
A non-selling club would hol on to it's stars tight. So if they say they want to leave the club raises the salary or gives other securities and just shuts them up and doesn't even look at the offers no matter how big. Plain and simple.
A selling club on the other hand, trembles whenever a player demands to leave or big offers start to pop up. So they throw the ball into the players' half by coming up with cheap-ass sh!t like "We only sell if a player asks to leave." That's a selling club mentality right there.

We never deny the day of
I consider Di Marzio still the most reliable source despite the flak he gets here. He reports that Pogba is intent on leaving. Apart from other Italian sources such as CDS, GDS, TS, La Stampa.

Its only a matter of when this deal is completed.

So how does he know this? The man is on holiday.

Do you, instead, want Juve to become a club that keeps players against their will? Is that really better than selling the players who want to leave?

keep them prove we have a project then build on them. Bayern did the same thing when Ribery was considered the hottest player on the market. The sale of Vidal and Pogba gives Juve a terrible brand image.

Like every other club in the world? Yes
 OK.

I'm pretty sure Pogba doesn't need proving that we have a project. But say we tried and failed, and he found ManU's prospect more enticing, should we still keep him against his will?
