Pls don't mention Kovacic, he's not good enough.
Situation isn't so funny as the last time, is it?

Back in 2001 we bought 29 years old Nedved for %60 of Zidane sale.im sure you would have been against that but that turn out to be a great move.
Don't get me wrong, the move brings with it a guarantee of sorts, and decisiveness. But in terms of pure value in such an inflated market, I don't think it equals the price-value equation. Normally when you spend this big, you must also pay for what we normally describe as opportunity cost. Higuain doesn't bring any off field benefits to build the brand. So the only way we can recover this cost is if he takes us to a CL triumph. And his best shot is in the next two years with the back line and keeper intact. More pressure on him to deliver.

I know some are against Higuain. But If we lose Pogba and end up with Higuain and another top class midfielder, I think we are still a better side than last year with a stronger chance to win the champions league.

This team: Buffon-Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini-Alves, Khedira, Marchisio, Pjanic, Sandro-Dybala, Higuain with Lichsteiner, Benatia, Pjaca and Mandzukic on the bench

IS BETTER THAN:

This team: Buffon-Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini-Lichsteiner, Khedira, Marchisio, Pogba-Dybala, Mandzukic with Cuadrado, Morata and Zaza on the bench

---

Just imagine all of those assists coming from Alves and Pjanic or Pjaca for HIGUAIN!

Unless he leaves before the end of the month he'll stay in my opinion, he's due to join up with pre-season in 10 days, if he's there he's not going to be sold.

I will crack up after many on this forum (including myself) give up and acknowledge that he is leaving that Marotta comes out and says: "What meeting? Pogba has not said he wants to leave"
